Ingredients to make rendang padang:
* 1 ½ pounds lean beef, cut into 4 × 4 cm
* 2 lt milk from 2 coconuts

* 2 turmeric leaves, conclude

How To Make make rendang padang:
1. Pour the coconut milk in a pan, put turmeric leaf, lime leaves, lemongrass, tamarind, sliced red onions and all spices. Stir well.
2. Cook the seasoned coconut milk while stirring occasionally for 20 minutes.
3. Enter a piece of meat, cooked with coconut milk over medium heat until dry and oily. Lift.
4. Pour rendang at the plate. Serve.
5. Tip: Do not use coconut milk packaging because the typical crumb rendang will not be formed. Use freshly squeezed coconut milk from fresh coconuts.
